$150 /90 minutes + Materials
This option is great for a single project.
Let’s fix that light or take down that ceiling fan, refresh your fixtures, or other small electrical repair.
If necessary, after the first 90 minutes, I will prorate extra time needed for more complex tasks.
House Call + Honey Do List
$300 + Materials
Schedule a longer session here to cover several small projects or non-functioning electrical outlets.
If necessary, after 3 hours, I will prorate extra time needed for more complex tasks.
*Some older homes or special circumstances require a more tender approach. This takes time and it’s worth it. If yours is a special older home, please select this option to ensure we set aside ample time for TLC.

This option is a brief meet and greet / assessment of your project and the specifics of your home. It’s a perfect way for us to get to know each other and take a good look at your goals.
